Synergic Designs is the multi-disciplinary architectural & Interior design practice established in 1998 by Raghunanda and Srikanth Shreenidhi. Our holistic approach to Architecture includes full interior design & planning services. The practice has experience in designing key hospitals, corporate interiors, private residences,apartments and commercial buildings across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu. Raghunanda is among the few experienced and professional healthcare architects in India and founder and CEO of Synergic Designs, a boutique architecture firm specializing in healthcare and corporate interiors. Raghunanda along with his partner Joel Fernandes is creating a differentiated value proposition for clients by providing a synergized offering that combines integrated planning and design consultancy with electrical engineering and data consultancy services. Raghunanda is specialized in developing cost effective buildings with intelligent designs. In a short span of 15 years of professional experience across regional and international markets, Raghunanda has executed a number of successful projects such as Kokilaben Dhirubai Ambani hospital (Mumbai), KIMS Medical center (Bahrain & Muscat), Roomi Multi-specialty Healthcare (Pakistan), GreenView Medical Center and Agadi hospital (Bangalore) to name a few in the healthcare space. . In corporate interiors, Synergic has worked with Siemens Public Communication Networks, Natural Remedies, KIMS Management International, and Marlabs among others.
Besides donning the role of CEO of Synergic, Raghunanda is also visiting faculty at IHMR Bangalore, where he teaches doctors the nuances of healthcare architecture. He has experience of working with FDS International, a renowned US based healthcare architecture firm. Raghunanda has a Masters in Urban and Regional planning from the prestigious School of Planning, CEPT, Ahmedabad and graduated with a degree in architecture from the Mysore University.
With over 18 years of experience in building design and its execution, Joel Fernandes has carved a niche for himself in the architecture space worldwide. To his credit, he has successfully managed very complex projects in both government and private sector across markets as diverse as India, Singapore, New York and UAE. His specialization is residential, commercial and institutional projects.
Currently based in KualaLumpur, Joel would drive architectural and project management for Synergic Designs' in markets beyond India which also includes consultation to leading NGO's in SouthEast Asia. Joel holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture from Mysore University and a Masters Degree in Management from the University of New York.
Srikanth Shreenidhi is the Electrical Engineer at Synergic Designs. A specialist in data center design, networking and security systems, Shreenidhi has over 15 years of experience in data network, fire and access control designs. He experience varies from design and supervision of various electrical installations such as industrial, high rise buildings, townships and hospitals to software, residential and commercial complexes, club houses and hotels. He has worked on a number of large corporate assignments and has expertise in setting up test beds. Shreenidhi has also worked closely with the Government of Karnataka in installing electrical substations across Karnataka.
Shreenidhi was Electrical Engineer at KIMS Hospital before he joined Raghunanda as partner at Synergic Designs. He holds a bachelors degree in engineering from Bangalore University. His experience in planning and preparation of GFC drawings, documentation, execution and certification is very evident from his knowledge and projects he has worked on.
To add to his credit, he has done works for Narayana Nethralaya, South Indies, Yuken India, UCO Bank, Dharmasthala Manjunatha Temple and many more. He believes in presenting high quality design, create and install the best of electrical systems and fulfill the customer’s requirements with the best available in the industry.
Srinivas has more than 20 years of experience in creating structural designs for facilities across India under complex site conditions. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University.
Nagesh has over 12 years of experience in handling plumbing, sanitary'and fire services. He specialises in designing these systems, preparing the BOQ and other contract documents. He is part of our core design team.
